Article 2. Rules of use

It is prohibited to use the website for actions and/or behavior that is contrary to Dutch or other applicable laws and regulations or public order and good morals.

If Flevo Tandarts discovers that you are violating the above conditions, or receives a complaint about this, it will warn you. If this does not lead to an acceptable solution, Flevo Tandarts may intervene itself to end the violation. In urgent or serious cases, Flevo Tandarts can intervene without warning.

If, in the opinion of Flevo Tandarts, nuisance, damage or other danger arises for the functioning of the computer systems or the network of Flevo Tandarts or third parties and/or of the services provided via the internet, in particular due to excessive sending of e-mail or other data, leaks of personal data or activities of viruses, Trojans and similar software, Flevo Tandarts is entitled to take all measures that it reasonably deems necessary to avert or prevent this danger.

Flevo Tandarts is at all times entitled to report any criminal offenses observed. Flevo Tandarts is furthermore entitled to provide your name, address, IP address and other identifying data to a third party who complains that you are infringing its rights or these terms of use, provided that the correctness of that complaint is sufficiently plausible, there there is no other way to obtain this data and the third party has a clear interest in issuing the data.

Flevo Tandarts reserves the right to recover damages from you as a result of violations of these terms of use.

Article 3. Availability and maintenance

Flevo Tandarts actively maintains the website. If maintenance is expected to lead to a limitation of availability, Flevo Tandarts will carry out this when the number of visitors is relatively low. Maintenance in connection with emergencies can take place at any time.

Article 4. Intellectual property

The website, the associated software as well as all information and images on the website are the intellectual property of Flevo Tandarts or its licensors. Article 5. Duration and termination

As soon as you create an account, you enter into an agreement with Flevo Tandarts. This agreement is valid for an indefinite period and gives you the right to use the services on the website subject to these terms of use.

You can cancel the agreement at any time with immediate effect by informing Flevo Tandarts by e-mail.

5.3
Flevo Tandarts is entitled to terminate the agreement if you have not used your account for eighteen months. In that case, she will first send a reminder email to the email address linked to your account.

Article 6. Changes in prices and conditions

Flevo Tandarts may change these conditions at any time.

Flevo Tandarts will announce changes or additions to these terms of use via the website at least fourteen days before they come into effect so that you can take note of them. Changes of minor importance will take effect without notice.

Unless otherwise prescribed by mandatory law, all disputes in connection with the website will be submitted to the competent Dutch court for the district in which Flevo Tandarts is located.

If you request an eConsult or repeat prescription via Flevo Tandarts, the Online Doctor-Patient Contact Guideline 2007 applies. You can view this guideline on request or download it from the KNMG website.

7.4
If a provision in these terms of use proves to be invalid, this will not affect the validity of the entire terms of use. In this case, the parties will establish a new provision(s) to replace it, which will reflect the intention of the original provision as much as legally possible.

7.5
Flevo Tandarts is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the agreement to a third party who takes over the website or the relevant business activity from it.

7.6
Deviations from these terms of use are only binding if they have been accepted in writing by Flevo Tandarts.
