The preparation
We advise you to have your teeth cleaned prior to the treatment. To prepare your teeth for the whitening process, plaque and tartar are removed during dental cleaning. You do not have to pay extra for this.

Whiten your teeth at home
Would you rather whiten your teeth at home? This is also possible. Make an appointment for this at our practice in Lelystad. During your visit, an impression will be made of your teeth, on the basis of which we will make a custom whitening mouthguard. You will be notified when your whitening mouthguard is ready to be collected. You will receive your personal whitening mouthpiece including the whitening gel to take home, so that you can whiten your teeth yourself. How does it work?
You fill the whitening tray with the whitening gel and wear it for 60 to 90 minutes a day for optimal results. You will receive enough whitening gel for several whitening sessions. This means you do not have to come in for every session and you can whiten your teeth at home. Most people see results after about 1 to 2 weeks. The length of time and the final result may differ per person.
