What do we use your personal data for?

• History or (repeat) prescription form – If you complete an anamnesis form via our website, or request (repeat) medication via a form, the information you provide provides us with a general insight into your health, medication use, conditions and allergies. We treat this information confidentially and only use it to provide you with the right care.
• Request medication or repeat prescription – If you request medication via our website by logging in to your personal environment, you will gain insight into your online medication profile as it is known to us. You can then order medication and set reminders.
• eConsult – If you use the eConsult for your questions to us, we will treat the information you provide confidentially. To use this service you must log in to your personal environment.
• Your medical file – If you provide us with medical information, this may be included in your medical file. We only do this if this is legally permitted or we have obtained your explicit permission to do so
• Contact Form – If you have any questions, you can always contact us by completing the contact form. You will be asked to enter your name and contact details along with a description of your question. This information will only be used to process your request and to improve our services.
• Order via the website – Information you provide when placing an order is used by us to process the order. Where necessary, data is provided to other parties involved in processing the order, such as the delivery service.
• Newsletter – If you give us permission to send a newsletter, we will use your email address and name to send the newsletter to you. You can always withdraw previously given consent, for example by clicking on the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every commercial mailing.
• Improving our services – We can use your data to improve our services. However, we only do this if you have provided the data for that purpose or have given us permission to do so. Data from persons under the age of 16

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent.
