House rules

Welcome to ST Flevoland. We believe it is important to provide the best quality of care and pay close attention to the safety of our patients and team members. That is why we apply the following house rules within the practice. In this way, we work with you to ensure a pleasant, open and safe practice environment.

Your visit

• It is nice if you are there on time, so that we can help everyone at the agreed time.
• Can your appointment not go ahead? Please let us know by telephone. You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
• In case of emergencies or pain complaints, you can contact the practice directly during opening hours. 
• We ask that you do not bring animals to the practice. Of course you can bring an assistance dog if necessary.

Privacy

• Respect the privacy of patients and team members, also on social media.
• Do you want to make a photo, film or sound recording? Then ask permission in advance from those who appear on screen or can be heard.

Consumption and waste

• Smoking is allowed, but only outside the practice.
• The use of alcohol and drugs in practice is not permitted.
• Help us keep the practice clean and throw your waste in the waste bin.

Properties

• We are not liable for damage, loss or theft of your property.

Absent without notice

• If you cancel within 24 hours in advance or fail to keep appointments without notice, we are unfortunately forced to charge for the reserved time and/or the agreed treatment. The health insurer does not reimburse these costs.

Suggestions and comments

Do you have a suggestion, comment, compliment or complaint? We are pleased to hear that. You can always pass them on to us. This can be done in practice. We are happy to help you.
